Earring Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us and supporting handmade craftsmanship! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please review our return policy below:

  1. Return Eligibility: Due to hygiene reasons and the personalized nature of our handmade earrings, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless they arrived damaged or defective.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items: If your earrings arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. 

  3. How to Initiate a Return: If you believe your earrings are damaged or defective, please email us at with your order number and a description of the issue. Please include clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s) for our review.

  4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned earrings, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  5. Non-Returnable Items: In addition to handmade earrings, please note that custom or personalized orders are also non-returnable.

  6. Cancellation Policy: As our handmade earrings are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
