1. Live Preview: You understand and agree that the live preview shown on our website is solely for displaying the desired text and placement of your custom product. The actual product may vary in shade of color, and the image & text engraving may vary in placement, size, shade of color, & rotation. The preview is not intended to provide an exact representation of the final product.
2. Engraving: You acknowledge that powder coated colors engrave silver, walnut engraves blackish, real bamboo engrave blackish brown, leatherette colors engrave black, rustic & black leatherette engrave gold or silver depending on variant chosen, and blue leatherette engraves black or silver depending on variant chosen. The shade and consistency of engraving may vary from the preview depending on material. Uploading custom images will not reflect colorization in the preview.
3. Custom Items: All custom items are considered final sale, and no exchanges or refunds will be offered. Please ensure that the information provided for customization is accurate and complete. We will not be responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the final product due to any custom information provided by the customer.
4. Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use our product. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
5. Intellectual Property: You represent and warrant that any content or images submitted for customization do not infringe on any intellectual property rights of a third party. You also grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide.
6. Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and will protect any personal information provided to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle personal data.
7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our business is located.
8. Returns & Refunds: This item is considered custom made, and is not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final.
