Shipping & Lead Times

Please review the following shipping and lead time policy:

1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes.

• Standard Shipping: This refers to ground shipping and typically takes 3-4 business days for delivery.
• Expedited Shipping: This is a faster shipping option that takes approximately 1-2 business days for delivery depending on the time of the year.

2. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are based on the size of the items in your order:

• Items 5" and smaller: Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $6, while expedited shipping is available for $10.
• Items over 5" and larger: Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $10, while expedited shipping is available for $15.

3. Shipping and Lead Time: It's important to note that the shipping timeframes mentioned above do not include lead time. Lead time refers to the amount of time our shop requires to process, create, and package your order. The current shop general lead time will be indicated in the announcement banner located at the top of the page. We suggest that you take this into consideration when estimating the total time it will take for your order to reach you. If your order is time sensitive, email contact@smokeandmirrors.design as soon as your order is placed.

4. Bulk & B2B Orders: Bulk & B2B orders may have a longer lead time than indicated on the website, and can be as long as 30-45 days.
