Standard hanging hardware is triangle hooks.
Due to the shape, hanging hardware on California is positioned with one at the top, and one at the bottom. Keyholes is the recommended hanging style.
These are made to order in our workshop.

2. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are based on the size of the items in your order:
- Standard Shipping: This refers to ground shipping and typically takes 3-4 business days for delivery.
- Expedited Shipping: This is a faster shipping option that takes approximately 1-2 business days for delivery depending on the time of the year.
3. Shipping and Lead Time: It's important to note that the shipping timeframes mentioned above do not include lead time. Lead time refers to the amount of time our shop requires to process, create, and package your order. The current shop general lead time will be indicated in the announcement banner located at the top of the page. We suggest that you take this into consideration when estimating the total time it will take for your order to reach you. If your order is time sensitive, email contact@smokeandmirrors.design as soon as your order is placed.
- Items 5" and smaller: Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $8, while expedited shipping is available for $10.
- Items over 5" and larger: Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $10, while expedited shipping is available for $15.
4. Bulk & B2B Orders: Bulk & B2B orders may have a longer lead time than indicated on the website, and can be as long as 30-45 days.

Return Eligibility: Due to the fact that our key hangers are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your key hanger arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return: If you believe your key hanger is damaged or defective, please email us at contact@smokeandmirrors.design with your order number and a description of the issue. Please include clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s) for our review.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: In addition to key hangers, please note that custom or personalized orders are also non-returnable.

Cancellation Policy: As our handcrafted key hangers are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

WALNUT
Considered our premium domestic, Walnut is celebrated for its rich, chocolate-brown color and lustrous finish. It exudes timeless elegance and warmth. Native to North America, particularly regions like the eastern United States and parts of Canada, this hardwood boasts a fine, straight grain that adds character to its appearance.
CHERRY
Renowned for its warm reddish-brown hues and smooth, satiny texture, Cherry adds a touch of timeless sophistication to any space. Cherry features a subtle, straight grain with occasional wavy patterns, enhancing its natural beauty.
MAPLE
Characterized by its pale, creamy white to light brown color, Maple exudes a classic and versatile charm that complements various design aesthetics. This hardwood boasts a fine, uniform grain that lends a smooth and consistent appearance.
POPLAR
Poplar has a pale cream to light green and yellowish-brown hue, and offers a neutral and understated elegance that blends seamlessly with a variety of decor styles. It typically features a straight grain with occasional mineral streaks, adding character to its appearance.
Hanging Hardware
Standard hanging hardware is triangle hooks (left).
Upgrade to keyholes (right) for a more elegant look, where the hanger will sit securely and flush against the wall. This is often the better option for asymmetrically shaped designs.
